attentive staff convenient location friendly service
The staff were so attentive. Hansel ng helped with dinner orders and package delivery. I felt stress free, almost like home there! the general friendliness of everyone made a big difference to me. i also loved that the location was very convenient to walk everywhere.
the breakfast at onemata had slow service, and plates often remained uncleared.

The location allowed easy walks to many restaurants. It was a joy. the gym had a jacuzzi, a sauna, and a pool. I felt pampered. the room's design was very stylish and comfortable. It was good.
The beer selection at the bar lacked variety. It was a pity. i noticed a hair in the sink upon check-in. It was unsettling. there was no follow-up regarding the manager's promises. It felt dismissive.
